The Birdbuddy camera will last up to one month on a single charge depending on the mode you choose and will likely never need charging if the Solar Roof is included. Exact duration depends on usage and environmental factors. Yes, all products are weatherproof. The camera module withstands temperatures ranging from -5°F to 120°F (-20°C to 50°C). It is also detachable, allowing you to easily remove and store it indoors on extreme weather days. We’ll notify you via an in-app notification if the camera approaches these limits so you can store it indoors for safe-keeping.

We offer a 90-day return policy. To return your order, please contact our support team within 90 days of receiving it. Our standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery and applies to all Birdbuddy feeders and their respective add-ons, completely free of charge.
