What are the camera specs? Can we see more example photos?
Bird Buddy Nature Cam captures 2K videos and 5MP photos with HDR (High Dynamic Range) for stunning picture quality. Its large sensor ensures excellent low-light performance and sharp close-up focus. Nature Cam offers a variable frame rate of up to 120fps, depending on your choice between the original and PRO camera.
Does it need Wi-Fi to operate?
Yes, a 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi connection is currently required in order to use your Bird Buddy.
How do I connect my Bird Buddy?

Can more than one person connect to one Bird Buddy?
Yes, the Bird Buddy app allows you to share the experience with friends and family by adding up to three people to your feeder through the app. With the Bird Buddy Pro subscription, you can add up to ten people to your feeder.
How long does the battery last? How is it charged?
The Bird Buddy camera can last up to 1 month on a full charge for many users, depending on usage and environmental factors. Battery life can vary due to bird activity, live stream usage, and local conditions (like sunlight for solar charging or colder weather). You can read more about battery life here.
What should I do with the battery after it’s dead?
Please take it to a proper recycling point! If in doubt about where to find one, please get in touch with your local municipal office or waste disposal service.
Do you ship worldwide?
Newly placed orders can currently only be purchased in the US.
Is the app only in English, or are other languages available?
At the moment, our app is available in English (US), English (UK), German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, and Slovenian.
Is Bird Buddy weatherproof? What are the operating temperatures?
Yes, the feeder itself is weatherproof. The central module that houses the camera will withstand temperatures ranging from -5°F to 120°F (-20°C to 50°C). It is also detachable so you can easily take it out and safely store it inside on extreme days.
What is your Refund Policy and Warranty?
We use authorized 30-day returns. To return your order, you will need to reach out to our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery, and it applies to all Bird Buddy feeders and their respective add-ons completely free of charge. That does not apply to the Seed Subscription or merch items.
