Most items will be dispatched from our warehouse within 5 days of placing your order. The Smart Hummingbird Feeder is open for pre-orders that will start shipping out in May 2024.

Yes, a 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi connection is currently required in order to use your Bird Buddy.

How long does the battery last? How is it charged?
The Bird Buddy camera can last up to 1 month on a full charge for many users, depending on usage and environmental factors. Battery life can vary due to bird activity, live stream usage, and local conditions (like sunlight for solar charging or colder weather). Newly placed orders can currently only be purchased in the US.
Is the app only in English, or are other languages available?
At the moment, our app is available in English (US), English (UK), German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, and Slovenian.
Is Bird Buddy weatherproof? What are the operating temperatures?
Yes, the feeder itself is weatherproof. The central module that houses the camera will withstand temperatures ranging from -5°F to 120°F (-20°C to 50°C). It is also detachable so you can easily take it out and safely store it inside on extreme days.
What is your Refund Policy and Warranty?
